 FAQs

  • Yes, all my classes and PT sessions are delivered online. I also run in person retreats, so keep an eye out on my Instagram for those.

  • For the membership, you won’t need anything at all. I use Zoom to deliver all 1-1 classes. You can download this here!

  • There are lots of beginner specific classes throughout the membership with modifications found in most classes. If you’re a total beginner, I’d recommend starting with the Quickies.

  • For 1-1 sessions, please contact me within 48 hours to reschedule. Of course in the event of sickness or emergency please contact me.

  • Of course! Please get in touch using the Contact form above to enquire.

  • I always recommend a yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on. Sometimes, we’ll use a small set of hand weights but you can always substitute these with bottles of water/cans of food/heavy books etc.
